A-106 Root-Knot Nematode Control Microbial Agent is designed for crop root-knot nematode control. It uses functional beneficial microorganisms to help reduce nematode damage, protect crop roots, improve rhizosphere health, and support healthier crop growth.
The product contains highly active Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus altitudinis, Bacillus oceanisediminis, and their metabolites. It is fully water-soluble and easy to apply.

The functional strains can secrete specific nematicidal toxins, proteases, chitinases and other active substances, directly killing nematode larvae and inhibiting egg hatching. This helps reduce nematode populations from the source.
The product induces crops to produce resistance-related substances, improves overall stress resistance, and helps prevent soil-borne diseases. At the same time, it improves the rhizosphere microecology, promotes root development and strengthens plant growth.
It helps improve the soil microbial community structure, activates soil vitality, and is environmentally friendly. It has shown good safety for plants and animals and meets strict limit standards for restricted substances, such as heavy metals and fecal coliforms.
The product is mainly used for crops such as pepper and corn. Application cases also include tomato, cucumber, kidney bean and other crops.
Bacillus altitudinis
This strain produces high levels of nematicidal toxins, biological proteases and chitinases. It has strong killing effects on both nematode larvae and eggs, achieving dual control of larvae and eggs.
Bacillus oceanisediminis
This strain produces the volatile compound methyl thiobutyrate, which can kill larvae and newly hatched juveniles, effectively reducing the formation of root galls and egg masses.
Bacillus subtilis
This strain secretes ACC deaminase, reducing excessive ethylene synthesis in plants under stress and improving crop stress resistance.
Under laboratory conditions, the in vitro mortality rate against root-knot nematodes reached 90%–97.2% after 24 hours of treatment.
The strains can effectively colonize crop roots, such as cucumber and soybean roots, forming a “rhizosphere protection network” and providing continuous protection.
The field performance can be comparable to chemical nematicides, such as abamectin. It significantly reduces the disease index and nematode population density of root-knot nematodes, while promoting the development of fibrous roots.
No adverse effects were observed on plants or animals, including test rodents. The product is safe and pollution-free.
All cases were conducted in multi-year greenhouse cultivation fields with severe root-knot nematode problems. The treatment groups all used the “Wu Xian Sheng Ji” product.
Control: Chemical pesticides were used, including abamectin and fosthiazate.
Results:
The treatment group achieved a nematode control efficiency of 79.22%. The roots showed no root galls, and the plants grew normally. In contrast, the control group suffered severe disease, and the plants withered. The yield of the treatment group increased by 32% compared with the control.
Control: No product was used.
Results:
The root-knot nematode index in the treatment group decreased by 63%. The root system was well-developed and free of root galls, while the control group had weak roots with visible root galls. The total yield throughout the planting cycle increased by 24% compared with the control.
Later-stage comparison:
At a later stage, the farmer applied chemical pesticides to the control group, but the effect was still inferior to the product-treated group.
Results:
In the treatment group, both tomato and cucumber showed healthy root systems with no root gall formation. The aboveground leaves grew well and showed no withered spots. In contrast, the control group, where the product was not used, showed root gall formation, yellowing leaves and reduced yield.
Tomato:
The nematode disease index in the treatment group decreased by 78% compared with the control, and yield increased by 25%. The control group had severe root-knot symptoms, rated at level 5–7, while the treatment group showed only mild symptoms, rated at level 1–3.
Cucumber:
The nematode population density in the treatment group decreased by 58%, and the population reduction rate reached 84%. No nematode root knots were found.
Application timing:
The product can be applied from the seedling stage or after transplanting.
Recommended dosage:
Use 1–2 kg per mu, diluted 500–1000 times with water, then apply by drip irrigation, flushing application or root irrigation.
For first-time application, it is recommended to double the dosage. Applying the product 2–3 times throughout the full growth cycle can achieve better results.
Do not mix this product with fungicides or pesticide fungicides at the same time.
If fungicides are required, apply them at an interval of at least 5–7 days.
Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid storing together with toxic or harmful substances.
